鎖螺絲花多少力氣？一般人往往憑感覺，鎖太緊轉壞螺絲，結果取不出來，必須破壞器具的狀況很多人都遇過。千富企業總經理莊惟捷將痛點變成生意，花了兩、三年的時間，發明出全世界最小的扭力起子，產品輕小，解決用力過度的問題，拿下德國發明專利。他成立的「SLOKY」扭力起子品牌，吸引國際手工具大廠爭相上門做品牌聯名，一年賣出30萬個，創造上千萬營收。
千富企業隱身在輔大周邊小巷弄中，外觀是平凡的透天厝，莊惟捷工作、生活都在這棟建築物裡。一、二樓是工廠、辦公區域，樓上是是住家，他跟弟弟、千富企業專案經理莊翔捷兩家人，全部都住在這裡。
莊惟捷是台商二代，2000年進入家族企業工作，從基層的工程師、研發人員做到總經理，他花了13年的時間。
2009年，金融海嘯席捲全球，生產3C設備、汽車螺絲的千富企業也難逃一劫。「當年，我們把大部分的產能壓在3C設備，結果市場萎縮，只剩下20%營業額。員工人數也從70、80人，掉到30、40個人，」莊惟捷用「跌一大跤」來形容這段經歷。
危機有時也是轉機，莊惟捷開始尋找新的利基產品。他從生活中的痛點出發，工廠常使用到車床刀具，更換車刀鎖螺絲時，常有員工用力過猛，導致螺絲壞掉卡住，最後不得不破壞刀具取下，代價高昂。如果可以知道要花多少力氣，一切問題就能迎刃而解？
接下來的兩、三年，莊惟捷踏入陌生的手工具領域，投入心力研發扭力起子。歷經無數次的失敗、改良，2013年取自台語「鎖下去」的諧音，推出「SLOKY」品牌，首個產品終於問世。同一年，他正式接班，成為總經理。
「SLOKY」扭力起子最大特色，是當施力達到設定的扭力時，扭力套筒就會發出「Click」聲響，使用者不用擔心用力過度。有別於市面常見的可調式扭力起子，「SLOKY」不同扭力套筒搭配不同起子頭，尺寸大小不同，顏色不同，不用擔心拿錯。
2014年，國外業務出身的弟弟莊翔捷也回家幫忙，兄弟二人當起空中飛人，到世界各地參展、找代理商，衝刺「SLOKY」業績。「那時候很多人不知道我們在幹嘛，老是不見人影，更不懂我們為什麼要花50％的心力，去拼5%的業績，」莊翔捷笑說。
「SLOKY」毛利率超過30%以上，這幾年業績都保持在兩成至三成的成長，營收占比約20%，一年貢獻上千萬營收。「SLOKY」許多國際手工具大廠都有品牌聯名，專攻歐美市場，莊惟捷觀察，這些國家的工廠多願意砸錢投資在手工具上面，且手作風氣濃厚，潛在市場大。亞洲方面，日本以外市場需求慢慢浮現，像腳踏車，「SLOKY」跟國內腳踏車大廠都有合作。
展望未來，莊家兄弟除拓展線上、線下通路外，更積極跨界與各廠合作，希望讓「SLOKY」產品朝多元應用發展，不侷限於目前的工廠、腳踏車、醫療等領域。

到達需求扭力後會有提示聲告知”鎖緊了，讓它來告訴你!”，鎖附過程中利用扭力的控制，讓工具及相關應用標準化，提供更好的精度及壽命。內部採用空心結構，當扭力大於靜摩差力時，產生動摩差力形成空轉。1.顏色管理：人因工程納入顏色管理，避免不正確扭力的應用2.止逆功能：將鎖附過程SOP，讓刀具及車削過程得到最好的保護及精度3.快速更換驅動頭(BIT)功能，可套接於手動、氣動、電動輸出之旋轉工具，另一端則可套接不同造形與尺寸驅動頭4.過載保護機制，套筒於鎖緊連接元件時，若超出該套筒預設之扭力值，即形成空轉，以避免該連接元件與被鎖合物之毀損5. (靜摩擦扭力)為扭力設定機構，當板手扭力大於設定值即產生滑動(動摩擦)，扭力輸出值相對穩定。本產品齊聚多項功能，足能1.解決機械加工捨棄式刀片裝卸所造成之直接成本與間接成本增加。2.降低機械加工產業因「螺絲沒鎖好」所造成之沒有必要之損失，進而提高機械加工產業競爭能力。
