Through telephone, website, E-mail, LINE, provide customer drawings, materials, post-processing, quantity on demand (MOQ)
and related quality specifications to inquire, and assign the work to relevant business personnel.
And record customer information, detailed records about the customer’s work processing progress, to-do items.
Design the product according to the correct information provided by the customer and draw a 2D or 3D drawing
and send it to E-mail for the customer to make a preliminary confirmation
If the product is particularly complex, 3D drawing software
will be used to design the 3D drawing and send it to E-mail for the customer to make a preliminary confirmation
After the customer confirms and provides the correct 2D or 3D drawing, arrange the production
Before production, any size needs to be modified will be discussed by phone, E-mail, LINE, and after the discussion, the drawing will be modified and the E-mail will be sent to the customer to confirm that the production is scheduled to begin.
The customer will provide the official drawing and part number
MOQ provides quotation according to demand
Provide the delivery date and state the payment terms and order instructions:
1. During the production operation, if there is a design change that affects the production schedule and increases the cost,
the delivery time will be prolonged and additional costs will be increased.
2. When there is a problem in the production of this product,
the drawing may be changed after reviewing with the customer and asking for approval.
3. Please confirm and notify the result within two working days after the samples are qualified.
4. This quotation does not include tax, and the validity period is 15 days. If the quotation is overdue, it will be invalid and re-quoted.

After the quotation amount and delivery date are confirmed to be correct, you can place an order
Order establishment: E-mail or fax back to sign the quotation or the customer’s formal purchase order and confirm the payment terms and related requirements. Due to the large fluctuation of the material delivery date, the actual delivery date will be confirmed after the order is officially placed
Sales personnel create orders, and mass production orders are directly KEY entered into the ERP system. For new product orders, you must copy the pre-document-(quotation), and enter the order information, including relevant information and the expected delivery date of the customer, and arrange the production line to make the product through the ERP system
Prepare to be shipped according to the expected delivery date of the formal/sample order. The product is quality-inspected, cleaned, packaged and shipped to the customer’s designated place
After the customer confirms the goods and quality, create the checkout data in the statement creation task, and the receivable process is based on the payment terms negotiated in the quotation.
